Personal Care at Home: Dignity and Independence, Whatever Your Needs

Respectful, professional help with the personal activities of daily life, for older Australians, NDIS participants and people recovering from illness or injury.

Personal care is about far more than tasks. It’s about dignity. Ambition Health Group provides Personal Care for Seniors Australia-wide, assisting with personal care across disability, post-injury and aged care settings, helping people stay comfortable, independent and respected in their own home. From a little daily help to complex, hands-on support, our team delivers care tailored to the person, never one-size-fits-all.

Everyday dignity, with clinical backing. Our personal care is planned with Registered Nurse oversight, so as needs change, including continence or wound care, the right support is always in place, safely.

Where We Provide Care

We provide in home personal care across VIC, NSW, QLD, and TAS, with rapid national expansion underway. Coverage and availability vary by location. Contact us with your suburb and we’ll confirm what we can offer.

What Is Personal Care?

Personal care is hands-on support with the personal activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting and more.

Our personal care assistance covers personal care for elderly Australians, personal care disability support for NDIS participants, and post-injury recovery.

The right support makes the difference between struggling alone and living comfortably and safely at home, with dignity intact.

The Clinical-Oversight Difference

Many providers send a support worker and leave it there. Our personal care is shaped by Registered Nurse-led care planning and specialised personal care expertise. If health needs emerge (a wound, a continence change, declining mobility), we recognise it early and adjust safely, without you having to find a new provider. It’s the clinical safety net a basic care provider can’t offer.
