Registered Community Nursing: Complex Clinical Care, Across Australia
RN-led nursing across every funding stream, built on more than 20 years of clinical excellence.
Founded on a legacy of expert nursing care, Ambition Health Group has spent more than 20 years bringing hospital-standard clinical care into people’s homes. Our clinical team is led by highly experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), delivering professional community nursing across every major funding stream, including NDIS, DVA, TAC, WorkSafe and aged care, right across Australia.

Who is eligible for community nursing care?
People living with disability, chronic illness, injury or complex medical needs. Eligibility depends on your funding scheme and assessed clinical requirements. Our team can help you understand what you’re entitled to.

Yes, it’s our specialty. Our nurses are competency-assessed to deliver High Intensity Daily Personal Activities, including ventilator and tracheostomy management, complex wound care and NPWT, enteral (PEG/NASO) feeding, subcutaneous injections, complex bowel and stoma care.
How do I know if my NDIS plan covers community nursing?
The community nursing care NDIS plans can fund includes wound management, medication administration and complex clinical support. It is typically classified under Core Supports or Capacity Building in your plan. Speak with your planner or support coordinator, or contact us and we’ll help you check.

While specific requests can’t always be guaranteed, we work hard to match you with a Registered Nurse suited to your care needs, preferences and comfort, and to keep that continuity over time.
How often can a community nurse visit?
Visit frequency is based on your individual care plan, ranging from regular ongoing visits to short-term or after-hours support.
